Debut is great for giving us access to an active student market we couldn’t reach in a mobile-centric way before. EY has already seen more than a 50% reduction in the cost of acquisition of hired candidates that have come through Debut, compared to other traditional recruitment and attraction methods.
As a technology company, partnering with the Debut’s mobile jobs app seemed fitting. Debut has since provided us with an easy and efficient way to target 1000’s of students. Through the use of Talent Spots the platform has enabled us to reach out to a very specific market, making the recruitment process more streamlined for both ourselves and the students.
Debut helped us have quality interactions with students at the various Careers Fairs we attended this year by Talent Spotting them to our stand. This way we engaged with students who might not have thought to stop by our stand and wouldn't have known about all the fantastic opportunities at HPE. For Shell, Debut is an innovative mobile platform that gives us an edge in reaching candidates digitally, in a way that we may have not had using typical online routes. We see Debut as an expert in the mobile generation and especially in how students can be connected to employers digitally.
Costain hosted a Future Female event in collaboration with Debut for female engineers. We used various media channels when inviting candidates to events, but Debut made the process easy and was a great way to reach out to a very distinct demographic. Using the app we were able to target great candidates quickly and effortlessly. The quality of the attendees was extremely high and within just 48 hours of the event Costain made an offer to a female engineer who had received her invite via Debut.

We really enjoyed our experience on DebutLive and managed to speak directly to hundreds of students that we would otherwise have had to attend countless careers fairs to reach.
